During the rice processing / processing of rice, the core is being separated from the rice membrane for food purposes, which is then discarded as excess. This membrane was thrown away, until recently, after having found its purpose. Until the use of rice, WPC decking floors were made of wood. The new Savadeck formula contains rice membrane instead of wood, which have contributed to the improvement of material properties. Primarily improved are the water restistance properties, which significantly affect durability and longevity of decking floors. Also, the rice membrane has a higher modulus of elasticity, as well as resistance to mechanical damages. In addition to improved technical properties, according to the user’s reviews, it also provides a more pleasant feeling in contact with human skin.

By replacing wood with the rice membrane, in addition to the reinforced composite formula, we contribute to forest conservation. By choosing Savadeck Classic floor for your terrace, you contribute as well. We save one tree for every 50 square metres bought. We expect to preserve a forest of over 100 hectares together, by the end of the year.

Resistance to the atmospheric influences (perception, humidity, sunlight, temperature changes), resistance to the development of microorganisms such as putrefactive bacteria and fungi, as well as stable techincal properties (i.e. resistance to breakage of floor mats and puncture of linings under standard conditions) are fully covered by the warranty.

All you have to do is prepare a sketch with the dimensions (can be a freehand sketching, too) and a couple of photos from the setting/scene.

Savadeck Classic complies with the European standards of quality, health, safety and environmental protection. The tests were performed on the basis of test methods prescribed within the EN 15534-1:2014+A1 standard. The test results are within the set values, and they fully meet all the prescribed criteria and are in accordance with the directives and standards prescribed by the EU, so that they meet all the criteria necessary to own the CE mark.

Whether the groundwork you want to cover with decking is soft such as dirt, sand, waterproofing or it is a hard, concrete base, behaton, ceramic tiles or lattice construction, Savadeck has a solution for all of it. If you have the option to choose, in order to reduce the costs of making a decking platform, it’s recommended to prepare a hard concrete base.
